My system is simple and manageable:
1. Create a vision. What would every area of your life look like once you are totally confident?
2. Work on belief - you probably don't 100% believe that the life you envisioned above is possible. Let's get there.
3. Make action goals (and achieve them).
4. Work through emotions. They come up all through the process, and spoiler! They never stop.
We will meet weekly for 50 minutes, and you will bring specific situations to the call that we can troubleshoot, so that you have real-life examples of how you can practice living in a confident, aligned way.
I will never tell you what to do - instead we will figure out together what you truly think is right. I'll help you make decisions, think of options outside of your automatic responses, and give you a space to fully feel and flesh out your thoughts without judgement.
