Hi, I’m Cadence, the founder of Find Your Cadence Coaching. I’m a postpartum life coach, a mom, and someone who believes that new mothers deserve more than survival. They deserve support, confidence, and a strong foundation for both themselves and their families.
My purpose is simple. I help moms stop drowning in self doubt and guilt and start feeling proud of the parent and partner they are. I know firsthand how overwhelming postpartum can feel. The exhaustion, the flood of opinions, the fear that you’re doing it all wrong, the loss of who you used to be. I also know that it is possible to find calm, clarity, and joy again.
I graduated with honors in English and Religious Studies from McMaster University. Later I became a Registered Early Childhood Educator through Mohawk College, and I hold a nutrition coaching certification from Nutriforia. I have worked with children and families in many different ways, from teaching English abroad in Korea to leading classrooms and mentoring other educators.
Education has always been a thread in my life, whether I was teaching, coaching, or building programs. When I became a mom, I realized the missing piece was not information. Moms do not need more checklists or internet hacks. They need consistent emotional support, tools to trust themselves, and someone to walk with them through the identity shifts of motherhood. That realization led me to create Find Your Cadence Coaching.
Motherhood does not just shape us. It amplifies what is already there. Anxiety, self doubt, boundary struggles, people pleasing. These patterns often become louder after birth. Without support, many moms spiral into guilt, conflict, or disconnection.
With the right support, the opposite is true. Moms can grow into stronger and more grounded versions of themselves. They can build healthy relationships with their partners, model love and resilience for their children, and create households where everyone feels safe and connected.
This work matters because maternity leave is not simply time off. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to connect with your baby, to strengthen your relationships, and to transform yourself. Too many women let that precious window slip away in survival mode. My dream is for every mom to make the most of that time by feeling anchored, supported, and confident.
I work with moms to be who want to prepare for postpartum before it begins, and with new moms who are already in the thick of it. The moms I support are thoughtful, strong willed, and deeply love their babies. They are also tired of questioning themselves, tired of comparing, and tired of feeling guilty for wanting space to breathe.
I help them build confidence in their parenting, create healthy boundaries in their relationships, reclaim time for themselves, and learn to respond with intention instead of reacting in frustration. I give them a safe and judgment free space to be honest about their fears and their dreams, and I walk beside them as they step into the kind of mom they want to be.
I imagine a world where moms do not just survive postpartum. They thrive in it. A world where new mothers feel supported, seen, and anchored in who they are. A world where maternity leave is not wasted in doubt or isolation but used as a powerful time to grow, connect, and transform. A world where children grow up in homes that model love, communication, and confidence because their parents are living those values.
That is the future I am building through Find Your Cadence Coaching. One mom at a time. One conversation at a time. One ripple at a time.
