You’re preparing for the biggest change of your life. You’ve read the books, followed the accounts, and collected advice from every corner of the internet. And still, deep down, you wonder: what will it really feel like? What if I’m not ready? What if I lose myself?
You don’t have to step into this new chapter alone. With weekly one-on-one coaching, you’ll build the confidence and clarity to face postpartum with support already in place. You’ll learn how to set boundaries, talk openly with your partner, and create a rhythm that protects your time and energy.
