Congratulations, Mama!

Your little one is home, now what?

You love your baby more than anything. But lately, your mind feels heavy and loud. You lie awake wondering if you are doing enough, if you are doing it right, if you will ever feel like yourself again. You find yourself spiraling into guilt or doubting every choice, and it feels like the joy is slipping away.

You are not alone.

This is a season, Let me help you make the most of it.

You deserve to feel calm and confident.

You deserve to enjoy your baby without that constant weight in your chest. You deserve to look in the mirror and see a mom who feels proud of how she is showing up.

That’s what I help you create through weekly one-on-one coaching. Together we build peace, time, and confidence so you feel anchored in who you are as a mom, partner, and woman.

Imagine waking up and feeling excited about your day with your baby. Imagine knowing what matters in the small windows of time you have. Imagine ending a hard day with your partner feeling connected instead of resentful.

In our coaching sessions, we talk about what feels heavy, what feels good, and what you want most. We choose priorities that fit inside your real life and find words and actions that help you hold boundaries and show up the way you want. You leave each session with clarity and relief, knowing you are not spinning in circles anymore.

This is where I come in:

One on One Coaching

Through one-on-one coaching, you’ll create your personalized postpartum plan.

We’ll cover how to:

  • Protect your time and energy.

  • Strengthen communication with your partner.

  • Anticipate challenges so you’re not blindsided.

  • Build a support system you can lean on.

In our coaching sessions, we:

  • Talk through the mental load that feels too heavy.

  • Choose one priority that matters most in your week.

  • Create small, doable steps that fit into your real life.

  • Build tools that help you respond with intention instead of reacting in frustration.

Whether your baby is three weeks or two years old, coaching gives you time and peace of mind back.

Here's How I Learned:

  • Coaching & Ongoing Development: I’ve trained in The Coach Lab and 2K for 2K, two industry-leading programs that refine my ability to ask powerful questions, hold space for my clients, and help them make meaningful changes.
  • Experience with Families: Before coaching, I spent years working with children and families in different settings, including teaching English in Korea and supporting early childhood development. I’ve seen firsthand how parenting choices shape a child’s emotional and social growth.
  • Personal Insight: Beyond the credentials, I’ve been there. I know what postpartum feels like: the identity shifts, the emotional rollercoaster, building a village, the pressure to do everything “right.” That’s why I’m so passionate about helping moms plan ahead and get the support they need before they feel overwhelmed.

What will you leave with?

So much of the time, it seems as though life is happening to us, like we don't have a choice. Of course, there are some things that really don't feel optional, but what can you control?

By the end of our time together, you’ll look back and realize you’ve stopped:

  • Chasing Instagram for all your answers or second-guessing yourself every day
  • Overcomplicating decisions, doubting yourself, and isolating at home
  • Snapping at your partner or being passive-aggressive with family because you’re overwhelmed

And you’ll notice you’re starting to:

  • Welcome visitors and accept help without guilt
  • Put yourself out there, make mom friends, and build real connections
  • Confidently decide what feels right for your baby and your family
  • Prioritize yourself and create more balance in your day-to-day

And you’ll have:

  • A deeper connection with your child
  • A stronger, more loving relationship with your partner
  • Friendships that make you feel supported and understood
  • More peace of mind, more confidence, and more joy in your new life as a mom

Why now?

How much longer are you willing to wait for things to fix themselves? You only get one mat leave, I want you to have the best experience possible.
